What to expect
On June 25th at 7pm starting in the center of Athens, Jay will teach an evening workshop at Nana and Caryn’s place across from the temple of Zeus. Then on the 26th we all take a drive and a ferry to South Evia. The organic farm has 8 sea-view guest rooms and two workshop spaces.
An organic Farm
In between two 2.5 hour vocal sessions each day we eat farm-to-table meals and swim in the crystal clear water only a 100 feet from the rooms. Occasional dinners will be in the town of Karystos.
The Performance
At the end of the workshop we visit the ancient town of Karystos where we may perform for the villagers in Bourtzi castle.
The rooms and spaces
Each room has a view of the sea. You can walk out your door and go directly into the clear water. No need to even bring a towel. One day we will visit a stunning waterfall and sing there for the birds, dragonflies and trees.
